Ok, Italy is over, could have done better, could have done much much worse! But! With all the walking I lost 8.2 pounds!!! Great motivation to start my new healthy life plan! You may wonder why I say 8.2 pounds, when I wrote my original post I added my weight in at 285 pounds. It was really 288. I was rounding. Enough of that. I’m telling it like it is baby! Was 288, now 279.2!
Today’s weight: 279.8 (down 8.2)
Short term goal: 20 pounds in 90 days. Goal weight for January 29, 2014 (90 days from starting my blog): 268
Plan: weight watchers and exercise.
What do I need to do? Join Weight Watchers, develop Menu plans and shopping lists, do food prep right after shopping so no excuses, and plan my exercise daily, at least an average of 40 min a day.
Calling all diet bloggers: what are your favorite veggie dishes? I’m not a cook, but I love veggies. If I can find some good recipes for veggies maybe I can tone down the junk! I love salads and cooked veggies. The easier the better!
Any walkers out there? I walk because it’s cheap and I can do it anywhere. What motivates you? What do you think about or listen to? I need help and I know there are lots of you out there just like me. Let’s pool our resources and all get healthy!
